refactor: improve readability, accessibility, and copy ... 0179175430

- Raise minimum font sizes from 7-10px to 10-15px (114 adjustments)
- Replace unicode glyph icons with inline SVG icons
- Remove ALL-CAPS kicker labels and decorative arrows
- Replace window.prompt action editing with a proper modal
- Add URL hash deep-linking for views and back-button support
- Dynamic greeting from signed-in user instead of hardcoded name
- Escape key now closes all modals; reduced-motion support
- color-scheme, touch-action, tabular-nums, overscroll-containment
